WREC Training club

The WREC Training Club provides our athletes with detailed training to build a foundational base as they continue to advance within the sport. I'll work directly with you to give you identifiable goals to strive for and help you stay accountable by tracking your progress through a phased approach each session.

Training Curriculum 

18 Week progression

body control

4 - Weeks

Proper techniques and form specific.

  • Introduction to basic skills for wide receivers and defensive backs (e.g., route running, catching, backpedaling, coverage techniques).

Skillsets

6 - Weeks

Route running and coverage techniques.

  • Understanding of positional roles and responsibilities, including route running and coverage techniques.

Game-like situations and decision-making.
